More Used Peugeot Hatchback Reviews /All Peugeot Cars

Peugeot have revamped the 206+'s somewhat staid interior considerably and , overall, it is more in line with the Peugeot 207, although local assembly plants may well make some variations to the general trim. Despite the possibly austerity of the basic trim, it should be more than enough for the avid 206 follower. The 206+ comes with tilting and telescoping steering wheel, climate control, air conditioning, and a seven inch color display panel taking in GPS satellite navigation.

Safety features for the Peugeot 206+ Hatchback take in just front and side impact airbags, ABS with electronic brake force.

Fuel consumption for the 206+'s 1.4 liter three cylinder engine, according to unofficial reviews, averages out at 45 miles per gallon, with 33 miles per gallon being recorded in the city and 58 miles per gallon out of town. The 1.6 engined versions have been known to give an average of 34 miles per gallon with 42 miles per gallon in the city and 56.5 miles per gallon on the open highway.

The 2012 Peugeot 206+ has more than its share of rivals in the mini-hatchback niche, with the most prominent being the Ford Fiesta, Seat Ibiza, Mazda 2, Vauxhall Corsa, Honda Jazz, Renault Clio, Volkswagen Polo, Fiat Grande Punto Abarth as well as a few other local produced variations.

While most reviews hasten to agree that the 206 that may have been around for just too long, and should have been put out to seed gracefully, there are others who are happy to see it still around.
