ReviewitOnline Ratings are based on a number of factors including reputation, appearance, model age, engine & other comparative aspects.

Most of the luxury sedans in the market right now aim to provide top performance, good handling power and a luxuriant cabin experience. The 2012 S-Class S350 BlueTEC 4MATIC from Mercedes Benz does not fall short on any level, making this sedan among the top rankers in reviews. Contenders like 2012 Lexus LS and 2012 Hyundai Equus can't quite reach the same level of overall performance of the 2012 Mercedes-Benz S-Class S350 BlueTEC 4MATIC, but offers a more economic option. The Lexus LS, for instance, has a price tag of around $67,630; that is almost $25,000 cheaper than the S350 BlueTEC 4MATIC. The Hyundai Equus is also more competitive, going for more than $40,000 less than the Mercedes-Benz sedan. Don't expect to receive the same level of engine performance, interior design and features and exterior design from S350 BlueTEC 4MATIC's competitors however.

The fuel economy of this model is truly remarkable. It can run 21 miles per gallon in the city and 31 miles per gallon on the highway. Both the Lexus LS and Hyundai Equus can only run 16 miles per gallon in the city and 24 miles per gallon in the highway. The 2012 Mercedes-Benz S-Class S350 BlueTEC 4MATIC is also the most fuel efficient car among the Mercedes-Benz S-class models according to our reviews. The fuel economy of the S350 BlueTEC 4MATIC is a result of its 3.0liter BlueTEC turbo diesel V6 engine. In fact, the S350 can even run better than some of the cars with a V4 engine or some hybrid cars that out there.
