Expert Review for Hyundai Santa Fe SUV Crossover

The appearance of the Hyundai Santa Fe Crossover may not knock a buyer off his feet, but that is not to say that he won't be impressed. This crossover has quite a bit to offer the buyer in terms of features, performance and space. If a buyer wants something that turns heads then there are plenty of alternatives available to him. If, however, the buyer wants a sturdy crossover that performs well and costs less, then the Santa Fe is the way to go. Part 1: Introduction

It may not win any style awards, but it definitely offers enough to impress a needy buyer.

The simple fact is that buyers will not get flash and style with the Hyundai Santa Fe Crossover regardless of whether they are on the outside or the inside. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, but the appearance is nothing to show off to friends. Everything is laid out well and simple to use, but the material quality is not top of the line. Where the Santa Fe gets the most marks, however, is in the cargo space. It can haul much more than traditional crossovers and sneaks up on the larger SUVs in storage space.

Buyers that want a stable crossover that can haul goods and people in comfort will like the Hyundai Santa Fe Crossover. Those that want a flashy sporty car will want to opt for another model. The Santa Fe is not a bad vehicle and offers stable handling and performance that is expected from the engine. That said, there is little excitement on the road with the Santa Fe. It will get drivers from Point A to Point B even with a load of stuff, but it won't provide any thrills in the process.

The engine of the Hyundai Santa Fe Crossover is going to depend on the trim that is chosen. Those that opt for the GLS and Limited trims will receive a standard 2.4 liter 175 horsepower four cylinder. The SE trim and those who opt for it on the Limited trim will get a 3.5 liter 276 horsepower V6. All are combined with a six speed automatic transmission and front wheel drive, although there is an optional all wheel drive available. The gas mileage of the Santa Fe ranges from 20 mpg in the city to 26 mpg on the highway with the V6. It also reached sixty mph quite fast at only seven and a half seconds.
